Vacation Rental Staging with Furniture

Need an entire redo? We provide everything from furniture to forks and will work on a budget and timeline that fits your business plan.

We put together a full design to present. This includes 2D space plans, 3D renderings, mood boards, samples, detailed product information and quotes. If you need updated flooring, paint, lighting, etc. we can manage that as well.

Once a plan is approved, we handle the ordering, delivery, setup, installation and more!

Who pays for staging, the seller or the realtor?

This is a negotiation that will have to be decided between the two parties. Many times, the realtor will pay for the consult as part of the services they offer that sets them apart from other agents. Then, if the home owner agrees to hire a staging service, the payment conversation takes place and arrangements are made before the stager starts the job.

As a realtor, can I consider the expenses from staging a home that is being listed a marketing expense?

Yes, and we will provide you with the itemized documentation needed. There are guidelines that must be followed and we recommend speaking to your accountant for details.

Can the buyers purchase the furnishings?

Yes, if the buyers want to purchase the home with the furnishings used to stage, we will provide a quote.

If the buyers choose to use Angelia Lynn Designs for design services, will they have to pay another consultation fee?

No, we already visited the home and already have a good start towards a design plan. We'll simply have another in-home meeting at no cost and start working together from there.
